Manage Customer Support. Capture (or import) customer feedback as items in a Customer Support list. Categorize using tags or hierarchical "buckets" (as shown). Prioritize and assign owners to items, email items to specific individuals for input, or discuss broadly as a team. Use tags or sub-lists to handle multi-step workflow.

Manage bug reports. Capture (or import) bug reports as items in a Bug Report list. Tag to categorize, assign owners to items, email items to specific individuals for input, or discuss broadly as a team. Use tags or sub-lists to handle multi-step workflow. Select and move multiple bug reports under the development project in 1 operation and now they're tasks in the project!

Review deliverables. Deliverables can be attached as links in a list item, or can be available as links in the list view. Share the list with stakeholders/reviewers and then email that list to them (the "team") with a note requesting feedback. Reviewers enter their comments directly in the appropriate list item records as formatted text, links and/or attachments where it's easy to find, share, and continue discussions.
