More ways to use Jugglesoft!
     
Collaborate on hiring process. Create a project with a sublist for each step in your hiring process (or instead of sublists, you could use tags to categorize where the candidate is in the process). You can use our "Hire Employee" template -- available on the "New List/Project" form --for a quick start or create your own template to easily reproduce the process for each open position. Create an "item" (i.e., "record") for each candidate and attach their resume with the first comment. Email candidate records to all or selected team members to solicit feedback -- to be entered on the candidate item record so the facts and perspectives are easily shared between "team members" of the hiring process. Move candidates through the process of this project by changing the "location" of the candidate record to the next sublist (i.e., "phase") in the process, such as "Call for interview" or "Call for references." Use tags or priorities to help refine the work flow.

Event Planning. Create a project for each step in your event planning process, assigning owner(s) and due dates as needed. You can use our "PR Press Event" template -- available on the "New List/Project" form -- for a quick start on Press Events, or create your own template as a quick start or "best practices" starting point for repeated event types (e.g., Wedding Planner, Product Launch, etc.)
