JuggleMyStuff (JMS) helps you get things done, whether you're managing a team, collaborating or working on your own stuff. How? By keeping you more organized and more in the loop with your colleagues and by actually saving you time in a variety of ways. Here are a few examples... Our smart dashboard reduces information overload so that you can focus on what's important NOW. Just assign a priority or due date to your tasks, and JMS will show it to you when you need to see it. Appointments for "today" and your most recently changed documents, lists and projects complete the picture of what's currently on your plate.

![]() The "Things To Do" page is your "Uber List." See your projects and action items the way you want to see them with 1-click sorting, filtering and reports.
In JuggleMyStuff, you can create your own tags to organize tasks, projects and information into different categories or contexts (as in "Getting Things Done (GTD)" by author David Allen). Once tagged, related items can be retrieved instantly. In the example below, the "Show" filter is set to show all the Marketing-related stuff.
In a project's list view, you can see the big picture or stay focused on your own tasks by filtering the "Owner(s)" column to show only what's assigned to you.
When you're out of the office, you don't have to be out of the loop. Get status updates and new discussion entries via email and SMS text message notifications. If you have access to the web, you can click the embedded link to jump back into the task and continue the conversation.
