JuggleMyStuff is useful, flexible and efficient.
JMS offers a unique feature that enables us to create an outline or hierarchy of lists within lists (computer people call this concept, "nested lists") which reflects the real world of project management. Very rarely does a project encompass merely a linear list of items that need to be completed. Inevitably, one item's completion depends on a number of other tasks and sometimes one of the second tier of tasks is not simply an item that needs to be completed, but yet another series of things to do. Meanwhile, there are many other items that can be completed in a single stroke that can/need to be done simultaneously.

Not only can we create an outline of lists and to-do items but we can quickly stick another set of jobs into the list anywhere, at any level and move the items and lists around within the project. Furthermore, we can tag items so that although they appear only once in the overall schema, if we are trying to find all the items associated with the completion of a different set of lists in the project, JuggleMyStuff's tagging feature allows us to see what else needs to be done in order to finish a simultaneous, but related task. In addition to this flexibility, we can save the entire outline as a template and simply reproduce the whole schema again. Our project is a website that offers over 1000 pages of legal information. We are recreating the website in 6 other languages. The ability to create our own templates from our own lists makes JMS an invaluable tool for quickly reproducing the schema for the other languages. By using this system, I have created a recipe with step by step instructions that are thorough, and consistent so I can remember exactly how I ..."created the Google custom search and implemented it on our website", or I can hand off the recipe to my assistant and she can go through each step and all of websites in the other 6 languages will be consistent.

The fact that JMS is online keeps me from having to keep track of little scraps of paper as well as trying to remember which was the last computer I was working on and what was the last version of the spreadsheet I was using. The online aspect allows me to share the same up-to-date latest version with all of the people involved in our project.

The bonus to JuggleMyStuff is the simple, clean intuitive look of the JMS website. Because it looks so nice, it really is a treat to work with it and not drudgery.

Finally, the JuggleMyStuff team is incredibly responsive. Whenever I work with software, the more powerful is not always the better. I am not a techie and I hate spending time trying to figure things out or surfing the net looking for answers, when I just want to get on with my work. The JuggleMyStuff team is helpful, and has always returned my emails within 24 hours. They always email me back with clear and helpful answers. I have also requested certain features and they have implemented nearly all of them or explained why at this time it doesn't fit with their plan. I feel they are real people who are trying to help at their end.
